Family Portraits

Today we took our family portraits at Sears. Caleb did not want to cooperate, but we managed to get some good shots. The weather here in Texas is starting to get cooler, such a nice reprieve from the 90 and 100 degree weather we've had since the summer began. We are looking forward to Grandma Hess and Great-Grandma's visit during Thanksgiving.

Trick or Treat!

At About 3:30 pm Caleb was ready to go get candy. I told him we needed to wait until everyone got home from work and had dinner. Our friends, Mindy, Andre and Micah, joined us for the evening to watch Caleb have fun. Caleb had the "Trick or Treat," phrase down and even added in, "Thank you, have a good night!" House after house he would say, "I'm gonna fill up my pumpkin. Come on, let's go to one more house!" He really enjoyed Halloween this year.

Halloween Festivities

I painted pumpkins with mommy. I carved my first pumpkin with daddy and I even got to go to a Halloween Party that the YMCA hosted at Old Settlers Park. While we were there I got to ride on a Choo-choo train and a pony, and pose for a picture in front of a helicopter, and even climb aboard a real Fire Engine.

To Infinity and Beyond!

Caleb finally was able to get ten stickers for sleeping in his own bed and only waking up once to go potty. His toy of choice was a Buzz Lightyear Doll. He was grinning from ear to ear all the way home from the store. Of course Buzz needed to go with us on a walk and sleep in Caleb's bed tonight.

Baking Cupcakes

Today we baked some Halloween cupcakes. Egg-free of course. Caleb couldn't wait to get a spoon into the bowl to try a taste of the batter. Yum! Yum!

Columbus Day at Zilker Park

Mommy had Columbus Day off, so she took Caleb to Zilker Botanical Gardens in Austin, TX where they had a Dinoland Exhibit. Then we went on the Zilker Zepher Train ride. We did alot of walking. Caleb slept the entire ride home.
